I recently had an awful experience with the after-hours service number posted on the door of management. I was unable to find my apartment keys and called the number, only to be told that my situation was a "priority" and that someone would come soon. Hours passed and I still had no response or call. It is now 11:15 pm and it's safe to say no one will be coming, luckily I have another place to stay. To make matters worse, this building has had a string of break-ins over the past 6 years with their only effort at prevention being a security guard who doesn't even patrol all floors - my neighbours were robbed in broad daylight! I now have a camera set up inside my entrance as an extra precautionary measure. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!

My experience at this building was great! I read the reviews online and was hesitant to rent here, but when I viewed the apartment on a weekend, the lady I met (name forgotten, not Carol) was very nice and knowledgeable. As a black woman in Toronto trying to find an apartment to rent, this was a pleasant surprise. In almost 1.5 years of living here, there's nothing bad I can say about it or its management - everyone is always friendly when I go to the office and the building stays clean. The pool and splash pad are awesome in summertime; plus maintenance staff is polite too! Rates are high everywhere nowadays, but this place has enough amenities that make it worth it - I've already recommended it to friends/family! 5 stars!
