Having been a resident of the Ivory Tower for two years, I am more than happy to provide feedback on the building. DMS Management Property offers a unique atmosphere; it is not like other buildings as it is more cozy and inviting. The building looks much newer than it actually is due to its upkeep and maintenance. Apartments are equipped with all the necessary amenities, including kitchen facilities and sq footage larger than average for apartment searching. There are outdoor facilities such as a dog leash area so you can take your pet for a walk before work in the morning; there is also a wonderful backyard with BBQ stove and seating arrangements which make it seem like you have your own house with yard. Further, there are holiday events organized by our superintendent that offer social opportunities for residents. All areas mentioned are kept up regularly so no extra comfort needs to be requested. Both indoor/outdoor parking is accessible, though storage comes at an additional fee.
