This condominium located in the GTA is a disaster The finishes within the units are of terrible quality and customer service is inexistent Therefore buyers should be warned if you hear of the Conservatory Group run There are stairways leading to all parking levels with no ramps something that was not stated in the contract Its difficult to bring up groceries and for a mother pushing a baby stroller it can be especially challenging Elderly people cannot visit since they cannot climb stairs to get to the elevators Furthermore near P1 entrance visitors will encounter an awful smell from something called Commercial Garbage To make matters worse there is no wheelchair accessibility as the elevator never works and buttons don't open doors These issues have been reported but nothing has been done about them yet The elevators vibrate when in use get stuck or just plain don't work toilets often back up with other peoples waste appearing corner units lack hot water in mornings windows and balconies remain unclean compared to other neighbouring buildings punks make noise at all hours of night while smoking cannabis this place is ideal for renters According Johnny Smiths review on Cove site he must be part of Conservatory Group due to his inaccurate claims he says he is licensed contractor yet walls are too thin allowing people to hear conversations clearly and there isn't even pickupdropoff facility for residents nor does plumbing or ventilation work properly smell of more ... hide ...

Ive been living here for almost a year and I love it more every day A few great features of the property that make it wonderful are across the street is a streetcarbus stop Longos with a Starbucks in the community Canadian Tire Shoppers Drug Mart Winners and McDonalds within the community Exhibition Go Station 10 minutes walk away Liberty Village restaurantsbars 10 minutes walk away Pet Smart for pet owners breathtaking roof top view of city and CN tower skyline and an amazing roof top swimming pool Lamport Stadium is also across from this location All these amenities make life easier in wintertime or snowy days Patryk at the leasing office has been very courteous to me since my first visit to this propertyhe always greets me with a smile The other staff members including security maintenance are all friendly helpful with requests too I highly recommend making this place your home more ... hide ...

I resided in this building for a few years when it was still managed by Vertica and I had quite an enjoyable experience The staff were usually accommodating and prompt in their responses upon my contact Unfortunately Akelius recently bought the building and within two weeks the situation had become unbearable When I called to inquire about a prebooked elevator time slot they had no record of my name or number despite informing me that they couldnt access such information which indicated that all prior data from Vertica was disposed of Eventually I only received the lift at the last fifteen minutes due to the technicians tardiness their call centre is also notoriously slowmoving All things considered it is advised to avoid dwelling here as it used to be a satisfactory place until now more ... hide ...

I found out today May 12 2021 from building maintenance that there is an active BED BUG problem on the 14th floor Management neglected to inform me of this and I only heard about it through a neighbors altercation with the crew in the hallway When I viewed my apartment in August I asked if bugs were an issue as other reviews had mentioned ant infestations They told me thats only an issue on lower floors so I assumed it would be safe to move into one of the upper levels Unfortunately this was false on my second day living here there was a sink full of ants and now they appear daily in the bathroom too Management gave me ant traps which have proven ineffective thus far so Ive contacted them again for further actionAdditionally when viewing my apartment prior to signing the lease I mentioned wanting to get away from construction noise as my previous building was next to a work zone but what they didnt tell me is that here there are incredibly loud drilling noises which make it hard for people to hear me during video calls even while working from home during COVID19 restrictions It feels like management must have known about this before but failed to mention it when discussingmy rental options now Im stuck with an ant infestation and disruptive noise level for a year due to their dishonesty If only I could tell my past self not to sign this has been incredibly disappointing all around more ... hide ...
