The outside of the Lago condos may appear attractive, however, the living experience inside is not as satisfactory. Despite this structure being fairly new, it is not managed properly. You would anticipate the walls to be pristine and yet nothing has been done since people started residing here; the gym is in a state of disarray, ceilings are unfinished, parking emits an odor, many lights in the lobby remain dark constantly and flooring appears unclean. Finally, even elevators are dirty and it looks like no one cares about this place.
