It's difficult to bring up groceries and for a mother pushing a baby stroller it can be especially challenging. Elderly people cannot visit since they cannot climb stairs to get to the elevators. Furthermore, near P1 entrance visitors will encounter an awful smell from something called "Commercial Garbage". To make matters worse, there is no wheelchair accessibility as the elevator never works and buttons don't open doors. These issues have been reported but nothing has been done about them yet.
