This condominium, located in the GTA, is a disaster. The finishes within the units are of terrible quality and customer service is inexistent. Therefore, buyers should be warned: if you hear of the Conservatory Group, run! There are stairways leading to all parking levels with no ramps (something that was not stated in the contract). It's difficult to bring up groceries and for a mother pushing a baby stroller it can be especially challenging. Elderly people cannot visit since they cannot climb stairs to get to the elevators. Furthermore, near P1 entrance visitors will encounter an awful smell from something called "Commercial Garbage". To make matters worse, there is no wheelchair accessibility as the elevator never works and buttons don't open doors. These issues have been reported but nothing has been done about them yet. The elevators vibrate when in use, get stuck or just plain don't work; toilets often back up with other people's waste appearing; corner units lack hot water in mornings; windows and balconies remain unclean compared to other neighbouring buildings; punks make noise at all hours of night while smoking cannabis - this place is ideal for renters! Living in Hoem is alright however it does not seem to be managed well and feels like it is just a moneymaking venture The apartments are nice with scenic views and are fully furnished so thats nice I lived here for 1 year and 4 months but during this time there were many problems which occurred At the time of signing my 1year lease contract I was unexpectedly moved to a different floor for the last 4 months without an explanation as to why Also while I was moved into a 4 bedroom apartment I was still charged rent for the 3 bedroom apartment I left behind which went against the contract we had signed initially This problem only got resolved after many emails were exchanged between me and management it should have been handled by management instead of leaving it to unqualified students at the front desk who did not take me or my roommate seriously until my mother intervened Moreover without any prior warning from Hoem staff we had a new roommate move into our place in the middle of the night They also failed to provide us with wifi password or roommate agreement paper when we shifted apartments The laundry room was terrible too all washing machines smelt mouldy with dirtmould buildup around rubber parts also clothes werent properly dried in most dryers multiple times leading us to spend more money on rerunning them sometimes machines even stopped midcycle without working At one event organised by Hoem staff no one talked or said hello until I more ... hide ...

This place is the worst don't even think about living here We decided to move here in Nov 2019 thinking it would be a great experience because of the high ceilings lots of natural light good view spacious floor plans and affordable rent Unfortunately it turned out to be the oldest highrise in Toronto with broken elevators all the time there are cockroaches b 2023-02-14T11:30:04Z
This place is the worst don't even think about living here We decided to move here in Nov 2019 thinking it would be a great experience because of the high ceilings lots of natural light good view spacious floor plans and affordable rent Unfortunately it turned out to be the oldest highrise in Toronto with broken elevators all the time there are cockroaches but thankfully no bedbugs and tons of construction noise from outside The neighbouring units have horrible smells we had hot water issues for days at a time washers that ruined our clothes insecure underground parking plus weekly false fire alarms at all hours On top of that the stairs in both lobby and loading dock will make your moversgrocery delivery people hate you To make matters worse only the first 5 floors were renovated all other floors are oldfashioned with no AC more ... hide ...
