Living in this place for the past five years, I can attest to most of what other reviews have said. Aida and her team are amazing and maintenance personnel are always prompt. The last year has been a bit tumultuous due to some of the negative reviews, with water being shut down and renovations happening—especially since we're all working from home. However, these kinds of situations occur when managers look after their building properly; I've lived in areas that didn't receive necessary attention and it's not fun. The noise resulting from taking care of repairs is worth it though—the amenities here are pristine, no major bugs exist, and the staff always strive for a better living experience for everyone. All in all, any minor inconveniences that come with upkeep is definitely worth it from my perspective.
