The photos are just a glimpse of the current state of this building Construction was supposed to finish by October yet here we are in November and theres still no end in sight The people in charge wont answer emails so maybe this will get their attention Not a single tenant is paying rent to live in what is essentially a smelly dirty noisy landfill filled with roaches and hazardous debris like nails and paint chips its not fit for humans to live here even prisons are kept better Metcap Living has been an awful experience cockroaches crawled out of the shower drain week 1 the balcony was covered in bird excrement despite being promised it would be cleaned up wiring problems delayed internet setup for weeks bedbugs were found next door leading us to move all our furniture around with no apology from staff afterwards Its an uphill battle trying to get basic needs met avoid this place at all costs more ... hide ...

Living at Oben Flats was a wonderful experience I stayed for over three years only leaving the building when I left Toronto Christine the managing director and property manager was remarkable in every regard she was professional amiable prompt to respond and provided solutions to any issues that arose The unit I resided in was impeccable with a marvelous vi 2022-10-16T07:32:17Z
Living at Oben Flats was a wonderful experience I stayed for over three years only leaving the building when I left Toronto Christine the managing director and property manager was remarkable in every regard she was professional amiable prompt to respond and provided solutions to any issues that arose The unit I resided in was impeccable with a marvelous view of the neighborhood Moreover complimentary espresso in the lobby and outstanding cleaning staff kept everything tidy If ever there were technical difficulties they had someone come and fix it within 24 hours This is also a petfriendly building Christine always had treats for our two Labs when we encountered her in the lobby One year they even put out an animal calendar with all proceeds going to an animal shelter no detail was forgotten I thoroughly enjoyed my time living here more ... hide ...
