Security staff switch frequently and the management office seems disorganized. Only the cleaning team works well. Additionally, this building is tied to a bad energy provider due to an ex-executive from Provident Energy who sits on the board of directors. Furthermore, Tridel's quality has decreased over time- something I noticed personally having lived there for 5 years.
