The amenities are top-notch, the units are well-equipped, and the common spaces like the lobby and mezzanine offer great gathering spots. However, what really sets this place apart is its people: from the concierge staff (who are always friendly and willing to help out with odd requests) to the office staff (who have been very helpful every time we've interacted with them), to maintenance (prompt & generous) and cleaning staff (always friendly & excellent at their job). I would highly recommend this property to any friend or family. Plus, they also host events such as free beer & wings at Super Bowl parties in their theatre room or guided wine & cheese pairings! This building knows how to foster a sense of community in a city that doesn't typically prioritize it - live here if you can!
