The building itself is great but the Building Manager is terrible When signing the lease she acts like shes better than everyone else After signing the nightmare begins as she behaves as if its her own property Detailed review Moving in was difficult as you cannot move your stuff on weekdays and have to take it up main stairs no other way She does respond well to repairs since its a wellknown South Bland building and thus has to provide service Move out inspection was a complete pain we spent 3 days 6 hours daily cleaning the unit which would be satisfactory for anyone looking at renting it out however she kept pointing out minor details such as kitchen vent landlord duty actually spot on mirror from cleaning footsteps from her doing inspection and light water stains that cant be seen unless viewed from an angle all these made us not recommend selfcleaning but using outside professionals instead more ... hide ...

This property has been a great place to live as it is managed by an excellent staff Neighbors are pleasant and the staff is friendly nice and lovely I am particularly grateful for Rita Kiss who works hard to keep this cozy building in good condition Recently the management upgraded the lighting system making it more efficient which is great Its location make 2022-10-29T03:32:17Z
This property has been a great place to live as it is managed by an excellent staff Neighbors are pleasant and the staff is friendly nice and lovely I am particularly grateful for Rita Kiss who works hard to keep this cozy building in good condition Recently the management upgraded the lighting system making it more efficient which is great Its location makes it suitable for families professionals and students alike as everything needed is close by The Universal Group have done their best to hire quality employees that create satisfaction among tenants myself included My only issue with this place was a flood that damaged many cars including my own without prior notice or compensation however since then the parking door has been armored Despite this minor issue I would still highly recommend this petfriendly clean and classy living space to those searching for one more ... hide ...

Living in this Canadian apartment has been an excellent experience the rent is affordable parking is free and theres a laundry facility on site Ive been able to save money while here due to the lack of problems that arise Maintenance is topnotch and our superintendent Kim is always on point

I am beyond thankful to have property managers at Skyline towers who make me feel safe and welcome even though my family lives out of province They are always quick to answer any queries I have and go the extra mile for me From addressing issues right away to warm smiles when we cross paths they have done more than I could ever expect of them

I relocated to this building six months ago from Edmonton and after reading reviews was a bit uncertain It was the only nice place I could find in town though Gladly Ive been pleasantly astonished since then The apartment looks fresh and is pet friendly theres even a dog wash so I don't have to spend money on washing my pooch when they get muddy Despite some 2022-10-02T05:02:19Z
I relocated to this building six months ago from Edmonton and after reading reviews was a bit uncertain It was the only nice place I could find in town though Gladly Ive been pleasantly astonished since then The apartment looks fresh and is pet friendly theres even a dog wash so I don't have to spend money on washing my pooch when they get muddy Despite some comments concerning Lisa I found her to be gracious and professional she made my stressful movein super easy by allowing me to sign documents online and view videos of the apartment before moving in It isn't soundproof but thats what youd expect with shared livingnot all apartments are soundproofed When I first got here there was an issue with my dishwasher but Michael from maintenance soon sorted it out for me Generally speaking I rarely write reviews but am so content here after six months that people should know this is simply the best place to rent Plus there are lots of other dogs for mine to interact with This has been my favorite apartment out of all the ones Ive lived in more ... hide ...
