I've been living here for a few months and I'm really pleased with the property managers, Mrs. Rita and Eugene. The building is dog-friendly which can be difficult to keep clean (carpets, flooring!). This is the first apartment I've rented where everything was spotless; they do an excellent job in all areas. Garbage rooms are cleaned and sanitized daily and any repair requests are fixed promptly. However, when they take off for a week or more, the building becomes less tidy - especially due to dog vomit in the elevators! Thank goodness Rita has already taken care of it today. For this high rent amount ($1,650/month for one bedroom), I think that her replacement needs to pay more attention to cleaning standards. Five stars for now; mainly because of Rita and Eugene!

This property has been a great place to live as it is managed by an excellent staff. Neighbors are pleasant and the staff is friendly, nice, and lovely. I am particularly grateful for Rita Kiss who works hard to keep this cozy building in good condition. Recently the management upgraded the lighting system making it more efficient, which is great! It's location makes it suitable for families, professionals, and students alike as everything needed is close by. The Universal Group have done their best to hire quality employees that create satisfaction among tenants - myself included! My only issue with this place was a flood that damaged many cars including my own without prior notice or compensation; however since then the parking door has been armored. Despite this minor issue I would still highly recommend this pet-friendly clean and classy living space to those searching for one!
