2023-02-04T20:00:04ZAt Broadstreet Properties, I experienced the most professional and tidy apartment I could ever imagine. My suite was immaculate. The dog wash station was remarkable -- a better facility than those found in pet stores! Lisa, the building manager, was instrumental during my entire stay; she promptly answered all of my questions and refunded deposits on time. Furthermore, the staff is incredibly amiable: I constantly received treats for my pet from the housekeeper and maintenance came quickly whenever requested. If it weren't for a work transfer out of town, I would still be residing there-- it's rare to receive what you pay for these days!

2023-01-25T23:00:05ZI relocated to this building six months ago from Edmonton and, after reading reviews, was a bit uncertain. It was the only nice place I could find in town though. Gladly, I've been pleasantly astonished since then! The apartment looks fresh and is pet friendly; there's even a dog wash so I don't have to spend money on washing my pooch when they get muddy. Despite some comments concerning Lisa, I found her to be gracious and professional; she made my stressful move-in super easy by allowing me to sign documents online and view videos of the apartment before moving in. It isn't soundproof but that's what you'd expect with shared living—not all apartments are soundproofed. When I first got here, there was an issue with my dishwasher but Michael from maintenance soon sorted it out for me. Generally speaking, I rarely write reviews but am so content here after six months that people should know this is simply the best place to rent! Plus there are lots of other dogs for mine to interact with:) This has been my favorite apartment out of all the ones I've lived in!
