This downtown unit is a great place to live: it's very clean and white, with high-end appliances—even though it's pricier than the average apartment. What's more, there are no cockroaches or mice to worry about—unlike in other parts of Halifax! It's still cheaper than some high-end buildings like the Maple. The only downside is viewing the back side of Superstore and its loading bays from the north side—not attractive! But this comes with city living. Surprisingly, trains aren't as loud as anticipated; insulated windows muffle sound well enough. There's a good amount of ambient noise on the balcony, which I've accepted as part of being in town. All in all, it's a really nice spot!
