Living in Lady Joyce was a true nightmare I would never recommend it to anyone seeking luxury apartments I am relieved Im out of these non soundproof dwellings The walls are so thin that you can easily hear your neighbors talking watching TV flushing the toilet showering and even walking Highly overpriced too they may look luxurious on the outside but are built with no soundproofing and stand on a wooden frame As if this isn't bad enough the building superintendents here are unbelievably RUDE LOUD UNPROFESSIONAL They don't even listen to their tenants issues or concerns quite appalling really as Akman Management should be teaching them about tenancy acts and respecting tenant rights Theyll enter your suite without warning for preinspections before walk through appointments which is highly intrusive and will pressure you on move day too Furthermore theyll stand outside or knock impatiently asking when youll finish packing as apparently they don't work weekends Unacceptable for such high rent fees people deserve professional service at least With landlords like these giving Lady Joyce such a bad name its clear why future tenants should be wary as long as she and her husband remain in charge of the establishment GOOD LUCK to those looking to live there To top it all off she discriminates against university students too when I applied she asked if I was one by chance then said Good because I will never approve a more ... hide ...

I strongly advise against living in this apartment Even though its in a convenient location with easy access to the metro grocery store and mall the manager is very irresponsible and provided me with no support I had an ongoing problem with cockroaches and despite having exterminators come multiple times nothing was resolved I even found them in my food The 2022-09-23T15:32:17Z
I strongly advise against living in this apartment Even though its in a convenient location with easy access to the metro grocery store and mall the manager is very irresponsible and provided me with no support I had an ongoing problem with cockroaches and despite having exterminators come multiple times nothing was resolved I even found them in my food The manager only responds to texts asking for your unit number never returns calls or emails unless it relates to money If you choose to pay rent by etransfer theres no confirmation that it went through you have to wait for an eviction notice before finding out whether or not they received it The apartment itself is spacious but NOT soundproof at all I could hear my neighbors conversations as if we were in the same room and even know when they were taking a shower due to the noise level This building needs a new manager because he doesnt take our concerns seriously unless money is involved We also experience regular water cuts for plumbing issues and hot water as well so paying over 1000 per month only leads up being desperate trying to find somewhere else just for a shower Please don't choose this place there are serious management problems here that should be avoided at all costs more ... hide ...
