This apartment building is not a good option. Poor management, lack of security, and a janitor who doesn't help are just some of the problems. My car was stolen from the parking lot despite me paying for it. The building is owned by Groupe Denux (CanMed Investments) and they don't respond to requests. The janitor rents out parking spaces to non-residents without informing the company and he overcharges tenants for services (like AC installation). Don't be fooled by its location or view; it's an outdated building with many heating/cooling issues. I asked for video footage but they refused because their cameras aren't working properly. Furthermore, if something does happen, there's no response and repairs take forever to complete! Additionally, when signing your lease, the janitor shows bias based on race or gender - this I know from my own experience after having lived in this place for more than a year! Stay away from this place at all costs!!
