Living in this building for four years has been out of convenience, but after Centurion took over it became a much worse experience. If you want to pay a premium for badly sealed windows that allow you to hear construction every day, windows that are only cleaned once every four years, and a terrace featuring one tiny BBQ and a bath-sized pool then this place is perfect for you. Theft is unfortunately common here as well; packages can be stolen at any time with no help from the management or police. The lobby's management office has frosted windows so who knows what's going on inside it during the day - not like anyone cares anyway. Save your money and look elsewhere if you want peace of mind - although the view facing south is nice and the maintenance team is friendly.
The apartments are adequately nice and in a good location, but there are many draw backs. Sinks and drains clog often, as well as an odd smell coming from the ventilation system. Management is usually rude whereas staff are quite pleasant. If you forget your keys when taking out the trash, you will be charged an absurd fee. Elevators are always slow and usually broken, leaving a sense of cheapness throughout the building along with tacky decor. The price of rent is far too high considering what they offer. Packages that get left in the lobby commonly get stolen and require a fob to access each floor which can be inconvenient if visiting friends on another level-this also applies to using the intercom if you don't have a Quebec number. The terrace has a BBQ and hottub which don't seem to ever be maintained or accessible 24/7; ceilings in some apartments are extremely low giving it a "living in a box" feel; internet is included but it randomly shuts off so it's recommended to buy your own connection instead. All things considered, this place isn't terrible but for what they charge for rent (unless going to Concordia is priority) there are better buildings available that would suit one better than this one does
