Ive had a great year living here and the new building manager is fantastic If youre looking to rent disregard the negative reviews they are about the old manager Maintenance resolves issues quickly and the rent is reasonably priced I appreciate having laundry and a dishwasher in my unit plus its soundproof so I cant hear my neighbors The units might be smal 2022-10-18T03:02:19Z

Spent a year in this place and it cost me plenty when I had to move out At the start the building manager said that regular wear and tear was acceptable But when I left he demanded that it be returned in the same condition as he gave it to me leading to cleaning charges He also stated that my moveout date was July 31st it turned out to be August 31st I fail 2022-10-18T04:02:20Z
Spent a year in this place and it cost me plenty when I had to move out At the start the building manager said that regular wear and tear was acceptable But when I left he demanded that it be returned in the same condition as he gave it to me leading to cleaning charges He also stated that my moveout date was July 31st it turned out to be August 31st I failed to double check this so by the time I finalized a new place he told me the real date which cost me my deposit The houseapartment is modern and wellmaintained but those facing towards parking lot can get noisy during summers when you have difficulty managing temperatures either too hot with windows closed or too loud with them open more ... hide ...

I stayed there longer than Id like to admit but it was a great and affordable place Pros right outside the door was an LRT station it was within walking distance of amenities the management left you alone if you followed the rules underground parking nice views large balconies that were well maintained bedrooms could easily fit a kingsize bed suite and desk 2022-09-23T02:02:18Z
