This place is really great as a living space. The rooms are spacious, and having a massive balcony with the best view (top floor, right on the corner) was superb. Great amenities and friendly neighbours who keep to themselves made it even better. It's close to the lrt and Glenora stairs, plus the legislature is just minutes away. Unfortunately, my garage got broken into twice in one year which was unsettling; staff were fine and management responded to complaints but had an issue with guest parking. The only negatives I'd say are that it gets very hot on upper floors, is expensive and some neighbours complained - however this could be different for everyone else. Sadly I couldn't stay longer due to cost being too high.

I'm so pleased with my decision to move into Le Jardin two years ago. The property managers have been incredibly friendly, professional, and accommodating to all my needs. I love my new home which offers a breathtaking view and a large balcony. This building is secure and the neighbours are very helpful in keeping out strangers; it's like living in a small town! Plus, it's conveniently located—two blocks from SaveOn Foods, walking distance to work, and close to everything else! To top it off, recently when I requested repairs in my suite they were done within 24 hours! It's clear this place is well-managed and taken care of; there's truly no better place for you to call home.

I stayed there longer than I'd like to admit, but it was a great and affordable place. Pros: right outside the door was an LRT station, it was within walking distance of amenities, the management left you alone if you followed the rules, underground parking, nice views, large balconies that were well maintained; bedrooms could easily fit a king-size bed suite and desk with lots of storage. Cons: shared laundry; in recent years the building couldn't handle summer heat--I had to sleep on my balcony due to my AC unit not being able to keep up with temperatures inside. Even though installing central AC might be too difficult for the building, when they convert units they should think about ways to let more air in (like changes to bay windows); plus this Legislature has been home to some of the most annoying protests over this past year. If not for summer heat issues I would have stayed happily.
