He was amiable and willing to assist with any difficulties. Moreover, he was not intrusive or overbearing; his presence was not pervasive. The unit itself was roomy, and the vicinity had much to offer in terms of trails and downtown access. Furthermore, rent was reasonable as it included most utilities. All-in-all, I would highly recommend this place for living purposes.
