Living at this location for a year it was clear that while the units were nice the construction was cheaply made It was built with wood so one could easily hear their upstairs and downstairs neighbors The floors were of poor quality and had peeled over time while counters werent sealed correctly which caused them to stain with any spill When it came to movin 2022-10-08T01:02:17Z
Living at this location for a year it was clear that while the units were nice the construction was cheaply made It was built with wood so one could easily hear their upstairs and downstairs neighbors The floors were of poor quality and had peeled over time while counters werent sealed correctly which caused them to stain with any spill When it came to moving out dealing with the new management was an absolute nightmareeven after providing three months notice Furthermore emails sent to gain back the damage deposit went unanswered my friend who lived on the third floor experienced similar results They also raised rent for tenants causing many of those who moved in when it opened to leave due to its high price tag and terrible managers more ... hide ...
