Prior to renting communication was great The rental process was quick and the movein easy there was a conveniently sized elevator reserved The building is secure clean and quite soundproof Common areas are immaculately kept and recycling is simple I havent used the gym yet but the views are amazing Apartments are well lit with nice views theres an ensuite la 2022-10-04T11:02:18Z
Prior to renting communication was great The rental process was quick and the movein easy there was a conveniently sized elevator reserved The building is secure clean and quite soundproof Common areas are immaculately kept and recycling is simple I havent used the gym yet but the views are amazing Apartments are well lit with nice views theres an ensuite laundry which is very convenient along with plenty of storage space plus good water pressure and deep tubs Im very impressed with how well managed this building is and any service calls were dealt with promptly The location also couldnt be better everythings in walking distance so Im really glad that I moved here Aug 15 Edit construction noise from next door could be an issue for those needing to sleep during the day as it starts around 8AM weekdays but finishes before 5PM weekends its quiet though Nevertheless still love this building more ... hide ...

I lived at 257 Lisgar for 5 years recently moving out There were nice people but we had to deal with pests like roaches bedbugs and mice After four years of being told the toilet would be replaced it still hadnt been done Windows were supposed to be cleaned in June and never happened appliances were small and dated with no AC or modern heating The pool and s 2022-09-22T12:32:16Z
I lived at 257 Lisgar for 5 years recently moving out There were nice people but we had to deal with pests like roaches bedbugs and mice After four years of being told the toilet would be replaced it still hadnt been done Windows were supposed to be cleaned in June and never happened appliances were small and dated with no AC or modern heating The pool and saunas closed due to COVID were poorly maintained before that Parcels got stolen often including my bike from someone who lived in the building security cameras didnt work either Taggart took no responsibility for the mailroom security eitherThe positives of living there included cheap rent and proximity to restaurants government offices and public transport plus the property management staff was generally nice kept common areas clean Beware though Taggart is planning on constructing a 27storey building just behind 257 Lisgar which will result in increased noise for at least a year if not more more ... hide ...

Q Residential was the worst experience for me although I didnt live there Gwen the regional manager there had a very unprofessional and unpleasant attitude At 363 Geneva St cockroaches infested the building and despite months of trying to remove them there was no change Furthermore dog poop littered the lawn and common areas were unclean These conditions dr 2022-11-04T14:32:17Z
