Prior to renting, communication was great. The rental process was quick and the move-in easy (there was a conveniently sized elevator reserved). The building is secure, clean and quite soundproof. Common areas are immaculately kept and recycling is simple. I haven't used the gym yet but the views are amazing. Apartments are well lit with nice views, there's an ensuite laundry which is very convenient, along with plenty of storage space; plus good water pressure and deep tubs. I'm very impressed with how well managed this building is (and any service calls were dealt with promptly). The location also couldn't be better - everything's in walking distance - so I'm really glad that I moved here. Aug 15 Edit - construction noise from next door could be an issue for those needing to sleep during the day as it starts around 8AM weekdays but finishes before 5PM; weekends it's quiet though. Nevertheless, still love this building!
