I would never suggest this location Someone residing in one of the apartment complexes is vandalizing cars in Metcap Craigton Drive parking lots When I went to visit a friend and parked in his spot my car got keyed multiple times with long vertical and horizontal scratches which would cost at least 1300 to fix I discovered that many people living there have 2022-10-16T14:32:16Z
I would never suggest this location Someone residing in one of the apartment complexes is vandalizing cars in Metcap Craigton Drive parking lots When I went to visit a friend and parked in his spot my car got keyed multiple times with long vertical and horizontal scratches which would cost at least 1300 to fix I discovered that many people living there have had the same issue including my friend He explained that he reported it several times to management and police but no action has been taken yet The management should be able to access camera footage but they havent filed any reports with the police either It seems like they are either too weak or don't care enough to file a proper complaint with law enforcement Unless they take more effective measures in finding who is causing damage on their premises it is not safe for people to reside there more ... hide ...

Von and Clemente have both been extremely helpful and supportive throughout my transition into one of the Centurion Apartments Von has a great charm as well as outstanding service when I spoke with him concerning how to rent an apartment He is always accessible for any needs or questions I may have and I am incredibly thankful Von deserves recognition for his hardworking nature he goes the extra mile to make sure my demands are met Clemente stands out amongst other building managers he puts in a lot of effort with an optimistic attitude Recently I moved into one of the apartments in this complex and was amazed by his enthusiasm and work ethic On my first day there was an emergency I had forgotten to get my bedset from storage but Clemente had the keys It was around ten or eleven at night when I contacted him about bringing it up to me yet he said it wasnt a problem at all arriving only minutes later with what I needed If it werent for Clementes assistance that night would have been spent sleeping on the floor Overall Von and Clemente deserve nothing but praise from me being a resident here is something that really makes me happy more ... hide ...

The only two positive aspects of this place are the appliances stove microwave etc and its proximity to stores Unfortunately the location and neighbors are not worth it it is a dangerous environment with people shouting or following you and an alarming amount of criminal activity has been reported in recent months Additionally the management is decent but 2022-09-20T14:32:17Z
