Apartments have changed their prices for signing contracts, and there is an abundance of cockroaches. Maintenance takes a long time to fix anything, and when moving out, there are hidden fees. There have been over 26 cars broken into in the underground parking garage in the span of one year, including two instances where my own car got broken into.

I've been living in this building for seven months and I'm really happy with it. Everything was newly renovated when we moved in, and the property is always kept very tidy and well-maintained. The staff are really friendly and they genuinely seem to care about giving the best living experience. The rent is also very reasonable at $1625.00 for a junior 1-bedroom apartment. Although I'd have to rate it 4.5/5 stars (since I need to be quite persistent when requesting repairs online), it's still highly recommended for anyone looking in the area!
