This apartment complex is not a desirable place to live. Roaches, urine in the stairwell, and inconsiderate residents make it a terrible environment. Furthermore, management does not take complaints into consideration, yet charges exorbitant fees for "renovations." The building is large and only has one person assigned to clean it - obviously inadequate for the job. Therefore, it is strongly advised to look elsewhere for an apartment that values its aesthetics and tenants.

The only two positive aspects of this place are the appliances - stove, microwave, etc. - and its proximity to stores. Unfortunately, the location and neighbors are not worth it; it is a dangerous environment with people shouting or following you and an alarming amount of criminal activity has been reported in recent months. Additionally, the management is decent but there are serious issues among those living there; smoking inside apartments and hallways creates an unpleasant smell while only two elevators exist (one of which is frequently out of service). The basement laundry room often has long lines. Therefore, unless you have a very tight budget, try to look elsewhere.
