This is NOT the place to rent. Not only does the ceiling leak, but you are expected to pay for any damages done due to management's neglect. Plus, cockroaches and mold are huge issues, maintenance is terrible, and there's no proper recycling or composting going on. To make matters worse, parking garage also leaks and has questionable stalactites forming on one section of the roof - yet it's still overpriced. The carpets are both old and nasty; kitchen appliances too! And if that wasn't enough, roof needs MAJOR repairs that they keep postponing despite rain causing ceiling leaks every time. All in all: BAD BAD BAD!
