In November 2021 we rented in a nice area yet had an awful encounter living at 2501 For example our first Amazon order was delivered but taken within the building the staff did nothing and recommended that we take it up with Amazon The pipes were frequently blocked they tried to paint over dirt and cracks and someone from the administration came into our apartment without permission while I was taking a shower Additionally I have two pets so when they imposed a date on us with only 18 hours of notice I emailed them plus went in person to explain that it wouldnt work If this happens again I will bring evidence to the police because there is a camera in my apartment Last but not least if you want to work remotely this isn't a good location since there is no electricity almost every week and there are always construction projects going on here more ... hide ...

I lived in a secure and tidy building that had competent and responsive management It is situated in an ideal spot with a convenience store and bagel shop nearby My neighbours were calm and respectful the whole time I was there Unfortunately Im moving to another province so I had to leave after a year but it was an enjoyable experience overall

Living in several apartment buildings in Victoria this one is my favorite so far I really appreciate the laundry room having washersdryers just for pet owners since Im allergic to cats Its also great having a parcel receiving room saving me from going to the post office every time I order something from Amazon The amenities have been clean and not too crowde 2022-11-10T22:02:19Z

I am highly dissatisfied with this rental propertys management Before making a movein decision please conduct thorough research My movein date was delayed by a period of six months that had nothing to do with COVID To make matters worse my apartment smelled like cigarettes due to the strong odors coming from the hallways and I had to purchase insulating tape for the door Additionally there have been persistent problems with hot water if we do get it its after 5 minutes of running the tap I also received balcony rails two months after arriving at which point it was already hazardous and I couldnt use my balcony during that time The same situation occurred when receiving an AC unit two months later in a heat wave my apartment reached up to 35 degrees Celsius so I couldnt stay there The building doesnt even offer recycling services and they still havent fixed a hole in my wall even though Ive reported it three times already more ... hide ...
