Living in several apartment buildings in Victoria, this one is my favorite so far! I really appreciate the laundry room having washers/dryers just for pet owners since I'm allergic to cats. It's also great having a parcel receiving room, saving me from going to the post office every time I order something from Amazon. The amenities have been clean and not too crowded. I'm content with the amount of communication I get from building management; mostly emails so that it keeps me informed without feeling like they're being nosy like at another complex. If you can move here, it's definitely worth considering!

Living at the James is a fantastic experience. The management is very responsive to any issues that may arise, and the amenities are superb (such as a swimming pool and fitness room). Located in one of Victoria's best neighborhoods, it's close to attractions like Fisherman's Wharf, Ogden Point, Parliament Building and Inner Harbor. Additionally, there is easy access to transportation from the Legislature Terminal or Capital City Bus Station which provide direct routes around Victoria and Vancouver Island. All in all, it truly makes for an attractive and tidy home!

Living at The James has been wonderful. Management puts effort into creating a community atmosphere and the building is aesthetically pleasing and has great amenities. It's close to downtown yet still tranquil and secure, with thick walls leftover from its past as a hotel, which means there's virtually no noise from neighbors. Security is taken very seriously - it's definitely an outstanding place to reside (especially if you're fond of dogs!).
