I am highly dissatisfied with this rental property's management. Before making a move-in decision, please conduct thorough research. My move-in date was delayed by a period of six months that had nothing to do with COVID. To make matters worse, my apartment smelled like cigarettes due to the strong odors coming from the hallways and I had to purchase insulating tape for the door. Additionally, there have been persistent problems with hot water; if we do get it, it's after 5 minutes of running the tap. I also received balcony rails two months after arriving at which point it was already hazardous and I couldn't use my balcony during that time. The same situation occurred when receiving an AC unit two months later in a heat wave; my apartment reached up to 35 degrees Celsius so I couldn't stay there! The building doesn't even offer recycling services and they still haven't fixed a hole in my wall even though I've reported it three times already!
