We were very pleased with the level of service provided by Lori and Tim from Realstar Management Team From our first conversation Lori showed her sincerity and humility She answered all of our questions in depth which made us recognize her passion for her job This was not our first apartment experience but when we finally met them in person we could tell that the level of service was far superior to anything we had previously encountered They welcomed us with open arms and spent time introducing us to all the amenities Silvercreek Towers and its local community had to offer The lobby and other areas were recently renovated with new furniture mailroom laundry room etc making it look absolutely stunning We received a tour of available units on property before deciding on one that fit us perfectlyThe grounds are kept in immaculate condition they take great pride in their landscaping flowers plants lawns etc making it feel like a vacation resort Our unit is spacious compared to what we had seen before it couldnt be better The neighbours were also very friendly which made us feel even more at home here as pet owners we have a puppy Lori informed us that Silvercreek is pet friendly theres even a dog park where pets can run unleashed within an enclosed area overlooking a peaceful creek All these great features make Silvercreek an ideal place for tenants like ourselves thank you Lori Tim for making this such an enjoyable stay long may it more ... hide ...

Von and Clemente have both been extremely helpful and supportive throughout my transition into one of the Centurion Apartments Von has a great charm as well as outstanding service when I spoke with him concerning how to rent an apartment He is always accessible for any needs or questions I may have and I am incredibly thankful Von deserves recognition for his hardworking nature he goes the extra mile to make sure my demands are met Clemente stands out amongst other building managers he puts in a lot of effort with an optimistic attitude Recently I moved into one of the apartments in this complex and was amazed by his enthusiasm and work ethic On my first day there was an emergency I had forgotten to get my bedset from storage but Clemente had the keys It was around ten or eleven at night when I contacted him about bringing it up to me yet he said it wasnt a problem at all arriving only minutes later with what I needed If it werent for Clementes assistance that night would have been spent sleeping on the floor Overall Von and Clemente deserve nothing but praise from me being a resident here is something that really makes me happy more ... hide ...

I lived at Parc Cit for nearly a year and although there are some downsides to the apartment such as having a communal kitchen or not being able to open windows these arent significant when comparing them to all the positive aspects To begin with I cannot emphasize enough how excellent the staff is no matter what time of day it was help was always available and they warmly welcomed me Before Covid19 we also had fun events with all the occupants every so often Emily the manager will do anything she can to make you feel comfortable The location couldnt be better in the middle of downtown Montreal and within walking distance from grocery stores eateries The building has everything you need work out room parking garage laundry area and a computer room with access to a printer Theres also study areas on each floor as well as shared kitchens which are always spotless and tidy although some residents don't contribute their fair share in keeping it that way As for the bedrooms themselves theyre spacious private and comfy you wont hear your neighbours due to soundproof walls nor have any trouble with noise levels The furniture is modern letting you adjust your bedroom however you like plus bathrooms are nice too Though if I had one thing I could improve it would be increasing WiFi stabilitygiving people an option for wired internet streaming Netflix they provide Roku devices studying is possible but gaming may cause slower speeds more ... hide ...
