I lived at Parc Cit© for nearly a year and, although there are some downsides to the apartment, such as having a communal kitchen or not being able to open windows, these aren't significant when comparing them to all the positive aspects. To begin with, I cannot emphasize enough how excellent the staff is - no matter what time of day it was, help was always available and they warmly welcomed me. Before Covid-19 we also had fun events with all the occupants every so often. Emily (the manager) will do anything she can to make you feel comfortable! The location couldn't be better; in the middle of downtown Montreal and within walking distance from grocery stores/ eateries. The building has everything you need: work out room, parking garage, laundry area and a computer room with access to a printer. There's also study areas on each floor as well as shared kitchens which are always spotless and tidy - although some residents don't contribute their fair share in keeping it that way! As for the bedrooms themselves they're spacious, private and comfy; you won't hear your neighbours due to soundproof walls nor have any trouble with noise levels .The furniture is modern letting you adjust your bedroom however you like plus bathrooms are

Though if I had one thing I could improve it would be increasing Wi-Fi stability/giving people an option for wired internet - streaming Netflix (they provide Roku devices!) & studying is possible but gaming may cause slower speeds
