I lived at Parc Cit© for nearly a year and, although there are some downsides to the apartment, such as having a communal kitchen or not being able to open windows, these aren't significant when comparing them to all the positive aspects. To begin with, I cannot emphasize enough how excellent the staff is - no matter what time of day it was, help was always available and they warmly welcomed me. Before Covid-19 we also had fun events with all the occupants every so often. Emily (the manager) will do anything she can to make you feel comfortable! The location couldn't be better; in the middle of downtown Montreal and within walking distance from grocery stores/ eateries. The building has everything you need: work out room, parking garage, laundry area and a computer room with access to a printer. There's also study areas on each floor as well as shared kitchens which are always spotless and tidy - although some residents don't contribute their fair share in keeping it that way!
