I recently moved into the Skyline building and its been two years since I couldnt be more grateful for a better team of landlords Helen Claire and company are truly amazing Not only is this petfriendly apartment great in terms of location but Im lucky enough to have lovely neighbours on my floor too This is the first time Ive wanted to stay in an apartment f 2022-09-25T14:02:18Z
I recently moved into the Skyline building and its been two years since I couldnt be more grateful for a better team of landlords Helen Claire and company are truly amazing Not only is this petfriendly apartment great in terms of location but Im lucky enough to have lovely neighbours on my floor too This is the first time Ive wanted to stay in an apartment for more than a year its got everything that makes me want to stay Recently Tyler and Mike fixed my clogged bathroom sink drain in no time flat theyre incredibly friendly and efficient Tyler always has a smile on his face when you see him while Mike seems to know answers to all kinds of questions Skyline is truly an excellent team who made me feel at home here thank you so much D more ... hide ...

This edifice is revolting Nothing ever gets tidied up corridors and stairwells are squalid Canine owners let their dogs make a mess in the stairwells and outside Bed bugs and cockroaches are everywhere The managing firm charges tenants for the smallest items parking is way too expensive both outdoor as well as underground plus the socalled buildingresident 2022-10-11T12:02:18Z

I have resided in this building for 4 years and the experience I had was satisfactory The accommodation is larger than new condos built in the city and there were hardly any disturbances from neighbours The external areas are well kept with lovely gardens in warmer seasons and hallwayselevators are clean Whenever we required attention to our unit we got good 2022-10-11T17:02:17Z
I have resided in this building for 4 years and the experience I had was satisfactory The accommodation is larger than new condos built in the city and there were hardly any disturbances from neighbours The external areas are well kept with lovely gardens in warmer seasons and hallwayselevators are clean Whenever we required attention to our unit we got good assistance from the superintendent Minto also organizes events and other activities as well as provides information about amenities which helps to create a community atmosphere My south facing unit has an amazing view that would be difficult to find elsewhere in the city something I will miss most when leaving this place On the flip side it gets quite hot during summer without air conditioning so getting window units is suggested by me Also due to frequent workfromhome times nowadays it can be challenging with increased noise levels around buildings caused by landscapers or construction crews outside that echo loud noises something that should be taken into account while considering moving here All things considered though I would recommend this buildingMinto more ... hide ...

If I could I would give this apartment a 0 star rating as there is nothing good about it The building is ancient and has an awful smell The air conditioner is too loud yet they havent come to fix it We asked for permission to bring our e bike into the unit and the woman at the rental office allowed us to do so But after almost a year living here a man who claimed he was the manager stopped us from taking it in and shouted at my husband despite us getting permission beforehand whats wrong with their management We went back to the office for clarification on their regulations for e bikes but instead of showing us or explaining them she said it wasnt her responsibility can you believe that Its outrageous She was also incredibly rude by constantly interrupting us In Canada there are people like this which shocks me I cant wait till our term ends so we can move out Feeling totally disgusted with those at the office more ... hide ...

Apartments in this building come in three sizes BachelorStudio One Bedroom and Two Bedroom The openconcept design has neutral tones with high ceilings and tastefully renovated interiors each with their own balcony Built in the 1960s the structure of the building is dated which requires upkeep to prevent further damage Several wall cracks have appeared which has caused water to leak inside leading to mold growth Skyline corporation is aware of this but no solutions have been put in place Furthermore carpets are present in the hallways appearing old and unclean as they are rarely shampooed or vacuumed affecting air quality negatively when combined with relaxed rules not enforced by Skyline On a brighter note tenants receive their own parking spot without labels but appear respectful of others spots despite that To conclude apartments and location are perfect whereas infrastructure and air quality need improvement more ... hide ...

We have been living here for some time now and Im so glad we don't have to keep giving our money to Cogir the property management company and 200 Elm Place Where do I even start When we initially stepped into the building something seemed off good spot reasonable rent and a great exterior view But the inside was empty with no one around Weve been renting homesapartments in Toronto for over 6 years but had never heard of this place before it appears as though Cogir has done its best to make sure everyone knows about their horrible treatment of tenants and their awful maintenance of the structure Thats probably why there are mostly new students living here who are not aware of companies like Cogir or their staff members Anybody who has lived in the city for 3 years wouldnt dream of signing a lease at this placeManagement was extremely impolite and aggressive when we first visited to look at the apartment it felt like they were hiding information on apartment quality costs other rooms difficulties plus they made us feel guilty for asking basic questions Im wellversed in sales so I know how to talk with people however their tone was defensive as if they wanted us out immediately It would be an appalling experience for someone looking to rent here for the first time When we walked into one room it seemed like nobody had cleaned it in months dead bugs everywhere more ... hide ...
