Built in the 1960's, the structure of the building is dated which requires upkeep to prevent further damage. Several wall cracks have appeared which has caused water to leak inside, leading to mold growth - Skyline corporation is aware of this but no solutions have been put in place. Furthermore, carpets are present in the hallways appearing old and unclean as they are rarely shampooed or vacuumed - affecting air quality negatively when combined with relaxed rules not enforced by Skyline. On a brighter note, tenants receive their own parking spot without labels but appear respectful of others' spots despite that. To conclude, apartments and location are perfect whereas infrastructure and air quality need improvement.
