This building is one of the most affordable in the area but you should NOT move in Cockroaches are everywhere and management does nothing more than spray down your unit which doesnt even work since the whole building is infested They promised a gym two years ago but still havent started it instead they converted a laundry room into a new rentcontrolled unit Plus on the first floor theres an entire daycare center that will wake you up with screaming children no matter what floor you live on To make matters worse theyve tried twice to increase rent beyond yearly guidelines despite only making cosmetic changes and are currently working on the parking garage foundation causing shaking and drilling noises throughout With all these renovations coming nonstop theyll likely apply for another rent raise above the guideline increase this year Don't forget that their elevators are constantly out of service or breaking down and nothing has been done to fix them either Do not move here as they wont even disclose that their new unit isn't rent controlled more ... hide ...

Were so pleased to be in our new home The area has amazing restaurants and shops nearby plus a micropark for walking the dog We love that the building has 3 elevators so theres no waiting around Despite being older it looks like its been maintained over time The kitchen is great with all new stainless steel appliances a dishwasher and granite countertopsthe 2022-10-02T06:32:17Z

I have been living at 357 Rusholme Road for a couple of years and have had a mostly positive experience All staff members are incredibly nice and helpful being both courteous and professional I must say this is one of the best property managements Ive encountered The common areas are always kept clean theres security at night regular fire drills and pest control Moreover Sterling Karamar provides an online tool that lets you pay rent or book maintenance from anywhere The units are larger than your typical condo and come with great views of the neighborhood as well as nearby parks which is perfect during COVID One downside is theres often garbage lying around outside since its not stored in an enclosed facility furthermore theres no AC in the units windows can be thin making it hot in summer drafty in winter but that seems to be pretty standard for older apartments All things considered though its good value for money Hopefully this review helps someone out more ... hide ...

I would give a rating of zero stars if that were an option The way this building is managed has been extremely disappointing FinanciallyAdministratively the management office has doublecharged rent lost important forms and not apologized when making a mistake Furthermore they have questioned residents on whether they live there and acted coldly and rudely when requests for help were made multiple occupants have complained to the landlord tenant board about this As for maintenance don't expect requests to be fulfilled promptly or at all issues like plaster falling off ceilings broken light switches that wont turn off and stoves randomly turning off can take months to be addressed Additionally the elevators look nice but are often nonfunctional All in all I do NOT recommend living here very bad customer service experience overall more ... hide ...

Early Monday morning my mother who was babysitting for me called to notify me that our apartment was flooding I contacted the apartment manager she said she was on the way to inspect By 9AM when I arrived home the lower cabinet base had collapsed and water damage from ceiling above the sink had reached up to the bathroom My mom cleaned up a lot of it and I s 2022-10-12T18:02:19Z
Early Monday morning my mother who was babysitting for me called to notify me that our apartment was flooding I contacted the apartment manager she said she was on the way to inspect By 9AM when I arrived home the lower cabinet base had collapsed and water damage from ceiling above the sink had reached up to the bathroom My mom cleaned up a lot of it and I spent my two off days working on it as well Unfortunately due to unsafeunsanitary conditions my toddler couldnt stay at home Skyline management wasnt aware that this would occur but this has caused great burden and stress since I have to pay for child care services and food since kitchen is unusable Moreover earlier in the week a rent increase of 2 slapped us which is unacceptable and insincere we do not feel valued as tenants anymore Patrice said if were unhappy we can move without notice however its regrettable that after waiting all this time nothing could be done hence why we wont be recommending any family or friends here either There are picturesvideo evidence if needed for future reference more ... hide ...

I have never written a bad review before but my experience here was so poor that I feel obligated to do so Before booking I spoke with Ted the manager to see if they could provide glutenfree meals since it was included in the luxury cabins meal plan He confirmed that they could accommodate me and I went ahead and booked a cabin Upon arriving and introducing myself as the person who requested glutenfree meals Ted remarked I wouldnt have recognized your voice which shouldve been a warning sign of what was to come The preset 3 course menu had 3 options for each meal but when I informed my server of my request for glutenfree food she replied with an apathetic Oh I don't know The first option on the menu happened to be glutenfree but as the days went by it became clear that there were no substitutes or alternatives available all of the burgers sandwiches and wraps contained gluten so lunch consisted of eating plain burger patties with lettuce tomato while other guests enjoyed their 3 course prime rib dinners followed by decadent desserts which were off limits for me After going out of my way to find a local bakery not easy in such rural area and bringing back bread buns for breakfast lunch respectively things got even worse when speaking with dinner Chef Tracy Ann revealed that she wasnt aware at all that i had requested this diet whatsoever because Ted had failed to mention more ... hide ...
