Living in this village for a few months has been okay with peaceful neighbors and decent amenities however the outside is dreadful From dumpings to people rummaging through garbage bins it attracts the wrong kind of people My catalytic converter was even stolen from my car in the underground parking lot which isn't really underground because anyone can get into it that has no cameras or good lightingallowing thieves to take whatever they want The price for parking there is expensive and unreasonable since nothing will be done after I reported it to management and rental office staff This serves as a warning to those living here or planning on living here be prepared if your car parts are stolen because there will be no help at all The area provides no security nor sense of safetyand the rental staff don't even try to aid in any way All together this place is terrible constant dumping scavenging through rubbish lack of cameras and patrols make this location hazardous more ... hide ...

We were charged our deposit without proper communication from the management when we moved out After numerous emails and calls they responded by falsely accusing us of causing water damage that had been done by the upstairs unit During this incident they did nothing to help and we were forced to live in a flooded apartment for days with no recompense However 2022-10-24T23:02:18Z

I would not assign any stars to my experience with leasing from 319B Young Street Avoid this property management company at all costs although Lindsay from Wallace claims the units are nonsmoking tenants still smoke in their apartments and on their balconies Speaking of which don't bother trying to file a complaint Lindsay isn't interested in hearing it During the summer I had to shut my windows due to the marijuana aroma that filled my living room daily Cigarette smoke seeped through my bathroom vent leaving behind an unbearable stench all the time In addition there is no soundproofing whatsoever in any of their buildings so expect a lot of noise coming from adjacent units and don't even think about contacting Wallace for help because nobody will address your concerns anyway All things considered it was an incredibly toxic and wretched living environment more ... hide ...

I have been a resident at Hunter Bay Apartments for more than two decades This property is an ideal location for families as well as those with disabilities its safe wellmaintained and clean The superintendent of this building has worked hard to ensure the safety of occupants throughout the pandemic by frequently sanitizing hallways and common areas such as the laundry room She also goes out of her way to assist those living alone during this period by providing them with the items they need or simply checking in on them to make sure theyre doing alright Despite granting few rewards she always takes care that decisions involving tenants are fair such as noise complaints I thoroughly enjoy staying here my grandchildren also come over to play with other kids without having to worry about their safety Thank You more ... hide ...
