Living in this village for a few months has been okay, with peaceful neighbors and decent amenities; however, the outside is dreadful. From dumpings to people rummaging through garbage bins, it attracts the wrong kind of people. My catalytic converter was even stolen from my car in the underground parking lot (which isn't really underground because anyone can get into it) that has no cameras or good lighting--allowing thieves to take whatever they want. The price for parking there is expensive and unreasonable since nothing will be done after I reported it to management and rental office staff. This serves as a warning to those living here or planning on living here: be prepared if your car parts are stolen because there will be no help at all. The area provides no security nor sense of safety--and the rental staff don't even try to aid in any way. All together, this place is terrible; constant dumping, scavenging through rubbish, lack of cameras and patrols make this location hazardous.
