2023-02-17T17:00:04ZWe were charged our deposit without proper communication from the management when we moved out. After numerous emails and calls, they responded by falsely accusing us of causing water damage that had been done by the upstairs unit. During this incident, they did nothing to help and we were forced to live in a flooded apartment for days with no recompense. However, when it came time for inspection, the superintendent stated that there was no damage and our full deposit would be returned once keys were handed over. This company is only out to take people's deposits by baselessly accusing them of damages with no real investigation. Unless you want to risk losing your deposit with no explanation, I would not recommend renting one of their apartments.

The Cunard building is a low rise structure with no elevator so living on the fourth floor can be quite a climb There is parking provided but it costs 90 The appliances are antiquated and yellowishlooking due to their age of forty years or more and they are made of aluminum Natural sunlight doesnt reach this building since neither the living room nor the win
