2023-01-04T20:00:04ZKrystal recommends the renovated one or two bedroom units at Barton Place for anyone looking to save on rent. She lived in one of these apartments on the third floor for two years and found great value in it. The bedroom was spacious, as was the living room, and there was a nice view of a park from the balcony. A storage room and parking spot were included along with a new dishwasher, laminate floors, kitchen cupboards/countertops and tub. Additionally, it did not take long to get anywhere in town—30 seconds to Whitemud, 2 minutes to Calgary Trail/111th & Southgate; 8 minutes South Common; 10 minutes Whyte Ave./south Henday; 32 minutes total around town. Jesus & May were also very friendly & responsive building managers who typically replied within two days for any maintenance requests or questions. Downsides are no in-suite laundry, no elevator nor gym access nor underground parking option—but otherwise Krystal highly recommends this apartment!

Staying at Gill Estates in Edmonton was a pleasure The units had fullsize appliances lofty ceilings and were a comfortable size I rarely had to contact the building management since I didnt have problems but when I did they responded quickly If youre looking for accommodation in Edmonton this place is great

Veljka Brattland is the amazing Property Manager at Patricia Heights She was very kind and understanding in helping us move in and get settled Maintenance is prompt to requests and the apartments are adultsonly so its quiet here Plus there are many river valley trails around for walking and biking Were really happy with this area it overlooks a ravine Wed hi
