I have been a resident at Hunter Bay Apartments for more than two decades. This property is an ideal location for families, as well as those with disabilities; it's safe, well-maintained and clean. The superintendent of this building has worked hard to ensure the safety of occupants throughout the pandemic by frequently sanitizing hallways and common areas such as the laundry room. She also goes out of her way to assist those living alone during this period by providing them with the items they need or simply checking in on them to make sure they're doing alright. Despite granting few rewards, she always takes care that decisions involving tenants are fair (such as noise complaints). I thoroughly enjoy staying here; my grandchildren also come over to play with other kids without having to worry about their safety. Thank You!
