I am very dissatisfied with Maria the maintenance worker in our building She smiles and is friendly to some tenants yet she is not helpful to all For example when I messaged her about an issue with our bathtub sink she never responded Furthermore I texted her before 7 pm to help us move out but again there was no response When my partner called around 8ish i 2022-11-04T15:02:18Z
I am very dissatisfied with Maria the maintenance worker in our building She smiles and is friendly to some tenants yet she is not helpful to all For example when I messaged her about an issue with our bathtub sink she never responded Furthermore I texted her before 7 pm to help us move out but again there was no response When my partner called around 8ish instead of helping us book a lift for our stuffs she merely informed us that moving after 8 wasnt allowed clearly failing to inform us earlier when she received my text Consequently it took 3 hours for us to move out instead of the possible hour if we had been assisted properly Moreover when my partner tried calling her back regarding my unresponded message she had turned off her phone We expected better service from your staff considering the price we paid and hope you find someone who treats everyone fairly and kindly in future more ... hide ...

Ive been living at the Saville Apartments for five years and its been an awful experience There is extensive water damage to at least one of the buildings plus mold in multiple units Many residents have had health issues due to the poor air quality and it takes forever to get work done I recently attempted to get someone in to repair a waterdamaged wall but 2022-09-22T13:32:16Z
Ive been living at the Saville Apartments for five years and its been an awful experience There is extensive water damage to at least one of the buildings plus mold in multiple units Many residents have had health issues due to the poor air quality and it takes forever to get work done I recently attempted to get someone in to repair a waterdamaged wall but after a week Im still left with a large hole and no report on any testing that was done for hazardous materials On two occasions doorknobs have fallen off once trapping me in the garbage room and another time locking me inside my own unit Property management changes constantly so nothing ever gets addressed or if something does happen its rarely completed or done properly Additionally we were told this was a nonsmoking building by one property manager during a tour however this is actually not true since we are regularly exposed to secondhand smoke through our windows and balconies all while management says smokers have the right to enjoy their balcony as they please The cost of rent has become out of control here in Ottawa so leaving isn't an option however AVOID THE SAVILLE APARTMENTS AT ALL COSTS more ... hide ...

When we first visited our unit at 55 Earlton Private we were instantly enamored with the corner of windows and the view However after move in this love quickly faded away The rental manager described the building as quiet and during visits it was however we realized that this was only due to our neighbors being out The sound insulation here is dreadful we can tell when they do anything from get up in morning to vacuum and even the smallest step causes a loud noise shaking our unit like an earthquake Additionally no matter what time of night it is when someone goes down stairs their door slams wake us up every time To make matters worse there is an unbearable stench coming from air freshener in garbage room that sticks to clothing after going there that almost makes you choke The finishes are also disappointing for price paid some are okay quality while others are low quality and all windows have been scratched beyond recognition ruining views at certain times of day Being first tenants has resulted in having to ask builders trades for fixes which were done properly Its unfortunate Brigil didnt think about living experience beforehand because if done right it could have been great place to live a lost opportunity on their part indeed more ... hide ...
