Its been two years since my wife and I moved into our lovely twobedroom apartment overlooking Lake Ontario the Niagara Escarpment and a private golf course Our superintendent is really helpful with all of our needs she has an answer for everything and is always cleaning up decorating and informing us about whats going on in the building The building is under 2022-11-04T18:32:17Z
Its been two years since my wife and I moved into our lovely twobedroom apartment overlooking Lake Ontario the Niagara Escarpment and a private golf course Our superintendent is really helpful with all of our needs she has an answer for everything and is always cleaning up decorating and informing us about whats going on in the building The building is undergoing a facelift and looks great we just wish that they would have finished ours by now but well have to wait until springtime All of our neighbors are friendly and there are pets everywhere We used to park outside but now we have an underground spot which comes in handy when it rains or snows We feel so blessed to be part of the Castlegreen community as management will keep maintaining it to ensure safety throughout 2017 God bless more ... hide ...

I lived in two different units in the 297 Queens building for four years It was great being close to the mall and everything wellmaintained and clean with beautiful stainless steel appliances and renovated units Unfortunately the rent is a bit pricey considering its near a loud intersection and the heat is unbearable yearround even with multiple air conditio 2022-10-16T04:02:19Z
I lived in two different units in the 297 Queens building for four years It was great being close to the mall and everything wellmaintained and clean with beautiful stainless steel appliances and renovated units Unfortunately the rent is a bit pricey considering its near a loud intersection and the heat is unbearable yearround even with multiple air conditioners running The view of the lake is nice but they should clean windows more often so we can enjoy it fully Last year there was a bedbug issue hopefully thats been resolved now Additionally fire alarms go off way too much for no reason and tenants don't get enough notice when tests are about to be done On a positive note though I love their tenant events hotdog day being my favorite more ... hide ...

The management is attentive and deals with tenant inquiries quickly The building is regularly being upgraded which causes rent to increase but unfortunately the inconvenience of this process isn't taken into account Cleaning supplies are provided for tenants to use in the common areas making them tidy and presentable The exercise room has been improved however its still small and has a low ceiling with only four machines for leg workouts as well as free weights available Although the doors should be unlocked by 9am they often remain locked until 10am this makes early morning workouts impossible due to only one door accessing the pool exercise room and sauna area at once This issue has been rectified since then however Heatingcooling is adequate yet not always efficiently distributed throughout units There are also an adequate amount of laundry machines in place too Finally its situated in a great location near Oakville Go station a 10 minute walk grocery stores and other shops on Kerr Street all within walking distance making it an overall good place to live if you get a decently priced unit more ... hide ...
