This building is the worst imaginable - water shut downs occur regularly and without warning. Envision being in the restroom when it suddenly shuts off – there’s absolutely no maintenance. The whole place has an awful stench and the elevator is either on hold or broken. Furthermore, cockroaches are everywhere – bed, kitchen, restroom! I would give this dump of a structure zero stars if I could.

The condition of the building is abysmal; a foul odor permeates the air through the vents every two days and cockroaches roam every inch of my apartment. Despite my attempts to maintain it, they seem to come out of nowhere, and management turns off the water supply on a biweekly basis. It is almost impossible to contact anyone for help in an emergency, and I have had trouble with my toilet backing up at least once or twice.

My partner and I have been living in apartment 2995 of this building since June 2013. We've occupied three different floors for various personal reasons, and we haven't regretted any of them. We've seen the company employ around 3-4 office managers, all of whom were capable. While some were more liked than others, none were bad whatsoever. Another positive is that all utilities are included, which makes budgeting simpler since it's not easy to find this in the city. When it comes to concerns they respond immediately and pest control is always on point - I've only spotted a few small ants drawn to sweet things. Considering that's the worst I have experienced, I'm content with it being so effortless to take care of. All in all, if someone needs an uncomplicated place to stay before settling down into a home then apartment 2995 would be my recommendation. Edit: August 2022I'm adding an update due to having a roach infestation over the past year now; though they come quickly when called upon to spray my unit, this has gone from happening once a year up until recently when it increased monthly and even four times in one month!
