I resided at this apartment complex for over two years and from the first day, I had some major misgivings. The superintendent told me he was astounded that the property manager even gave me the keys, considering how awful my accommodation was. Subsequently, those in charge were let go and a new team took over. The individual currently responsible for service coordination clearly loathes her job. After studying reviews of this place online, I can confirm they are all true; Minto's acceptance of such low quality accommodations under its name speaks volumes regarding their firm.

This is the absolute worst place I have ever lived; I'm still trying to get out and management lost my termination form. It's breaking down- water gets cut off, construction has been going on for a year, incredibly noisy with the train and construction noise. Roaches, bedbugs, awful carpeting everywhere and elevators that breakdown constantly. Management is around 20% of the time so good luck if you need them. The Super is a great guy though as he also lives in this apartment building but management? Not even my worst enemy deserves to be here.
