    We have been fortunate enough to reside in this lovely apartment complex since February 2019. It is perfectly situated and equipped with the perfect amenities. The property managers, Gale and Tony, are very amiable and always willing to help. Our experience so far has been extremely enjoyable!

    As a Realtor in Ottawa with the opportunity to advertise apartments at Nuovo and lease several units, it is without hesitation that I can declare the rental staff is amiable, punctual and attentive to tenants' requirements. The building has a pleasant ambience with tranquil and mature occupants. Being within close proximity to Dow's Lake, Preston stores and Chinatown makes it perfect for those who enjoy walking or biking. The location is also suitable for traveling east or west in Ottawa. This new edifice has all you need for enjoying condo life in Ottawa.

    The location of our new residence is amazing, as it's only a few steps away from Little Italy, the Arboretum and Commissioner's Park. We moved in February 2019 and are very happy with our suite which has all brand-new Whirlpool appliances including a microwave. Tony and Gale are the resident managers here and they have always been prompt in responding to our requests while being very helpful. The building is pet friendly too which gives us plenty of nice places to take walks with our pets.
