I am here to update my review about this place as an adult rather than a university student The best thing to come out of it was meeting Jada and her colleagues at the rental office they were always friendly and helpful even when I was leaving The location is great close to stores restaurants gas stations and more Despite the fact that the buildings are quite old they are still an ideal spot for students due to their price and surroundings Unfortunately you will be dealing with spiders and other bugs both inside and outside your unitbuilding as well as in the amenities such as the laundry room This is due to its proximity to Mooneys Bay and Experimental Farm Road which makes it attractive for these crittersThe only star I can give this place is for its staff members warm hospitality and its location alone everything else falls short of expectations The apartments feel dirty no matter how often you clean them spiders everywhere both inside even if you never opened a window outside between windows etc spiders in the laundry room when taking out freshly washed clothes You might want to live here if youre SpiderMan or don't have a car but anyone else should think twice Living here would be nothing short of regretful more ... hide ...
