Avoid TPA at all costs the management will get on your nerves and youll feel cheated The good reviews are mostly four years old so sign up for an apartment elsewhere The gym sounds nice but its been closed for a while and moved to a storage closet with windows as the main office and bad air circulation Same goes for the pool its been shut down since I arrived here and is much smaller than in pictures Even if the chairs look new don't expect to go out walking since nearby roads are unsafe after dark Over four different companies have managed this place each worse than the last they increased rent because of property value just like their predecessors but also made living here more difficult due to mismanagement issues such as mandatory trash removal by 9am or roaches in walls which some tenants have accepted It seems that this current team are looking to flip this complex for a profit not caring about anyone except potential buyers from Texas so perhaps you should consider a smaller landlord or even getting your own mortgage now that prices are going up more ... hide ...

I have lived in this building at 7 Richgrove Drive for 11 years and I am still very happy with the decision My unit is comfortable clean and roomyexactly as I had hoped The property management team is professional and friendly Rowena specifically has been great to interact with Recently I asked Joey one of the superintendents for help cleaning my stove since 2022-11-08T20:02:18Z
