Having a gym and en-suite laundry was convenient, yet the building itself is not worth the rent they are currently charging. After pipes bursted, flooding our unit, rather than fixing or replacing anything, they simply ran some fans and painted over any water damage. This, combined with living so close to the garbage room led to an infestation of cockroaches which caused us to end our lease. To see them trying to charge over $2000 for a one bedroom apartment in such a deteriorating building is appalling; disgusting even.
