This place is a disgrace and has been reviewed as such by previous tenants I being a single lady had to move my belongings around four times in three months due to the spraying for cockroaches although none were found The pipes were constantly having issues and hotcold water would be shut off for long periods of time without any compensation for the disturbance After almost a year they finally put drywall in the holesjust before my lease expiredwhich was enough time for my cat to squeeze through into the wall The staff are incredibly rudeespecially the Polish lady with blonde hairand they keep entering my apartment without notifying me first Its no wonder why this is easily classified as the worst place Ive ever lived To add insult to injury they closed down their pool six months after claiming it was only being renovated and charge visitors parking fees all of a sudden This is on top of them raising rent after all these issues Unbelievable more ... hide ...

I lived in this building for more than two years and bought from the developer Management is inattentive and their actions such as making people line up during COVID to use the amenities raising fees and restricting parking access are random It appears as though they don't do much since there are numerous Airbnbs here My floor alone had a few of them with visitors staying for only a weekend or so throughout the pandemic it was like living in a hotel All 560 units share the amenities with another 300 units at One Pacific another Concord Pacific Development The gym is too small to accommodate 800 units while the pool area is always crowded some residents are inconsiderate by not picking up after themselves or their dogs in shared areas During my time there end of 2019 beginning of 2022 breakins occurred regularly in storage lockers and parkades The location is great since its very close to seawall but it gets tricky accessing parkades during Canucks gamesconcerts Although marketed as a luxury development build quality feels cheap I wouldnt recommend living here if you want peace and quietits often loud and crowded due to Airbnbsplus you might end up with a micro unit The only nice thing about this place would be its views from certain units which justifies spending extra money on rentpurchase price here more ... hide ...

The positive aspects of these apartments are numerous Even though we were searching for a place to rent from outofstate the leasing agent went above and beyond by taking pictures of the outside of the apartment more than what was posted on the site The agent was also very responsive to emails which was a lifesaver The front office staff is always super kind 2022-09-13T09:02:18Z
The positive aspects of these apartments are numerous Even though we were searching for a place to rent from outofstate the leasing agent went above and beyond by taking pictures of the outside of the apartment more than what was posted on the site The agent was also very responsive to emails which was a lifesaver The front office staff is always super kind and accommodating Additionally maintenance personnel are exceptional they take care of things quickly and are politeA previous review mentioned that our mailboxes had been vandalized but onsite management replaced them with more secure boxes If I could change some things about this complex I would start with the bathrooms fans being on a timer sometimes it will turn itself on or off inopportunely and you cant manually control it Additionally there is no light in the hallway closet so finding items that are darker in color is difficult Last but not least kitchen space is somewhat small and countertops narrow making it hard to maneuver when multiple people are present at once however this appears to be an issue throughout Washington State apartments as our two bedroom two bath apartment back home in North Dakota had a kitchen comparable to an averagesized bedroom Lastly they started charging for carports which isn't ideal since I live here already at least they tow cars with expired plates or ones not functioning properly so covered parking spots arent taken up by cars that don't belong there All things considered this residence deserves more ... hide ...
