The positive aspects of these apartments are numerous. Even though we were searching for a place to rent from out-of-state, the leasing agent went above and beyond by taking pictures of the outside of the apartment (more than what was posted on the site). The agent was also very responsive to emails, which was a lifesaver. The front office staff is always super kind and accommodating. Additionally, maintenance personnel are exceptional; they take care of things quickly and are polite.
A previous review mentioned that our mailboxes had been vandalized, but on-site management replaced them with more secure boxes. If I could change some things about this complex, I would start with the bathrooms fans being on a timer; sometimes it will turn itself on or off inopportunely and you can't manually control it. Additionally, there is no light in the hallway closet so finding items that are darker in color is difficult. Last but not least, kitchen space is somewhat small and countertops narrow making it hard to maneuver when multiple people are present at once; however this appears to be an issue throughout Washington State apartments as our two bedroom two bath apartment back home in North Dakota had a kitchen comparable to an average-sizeThe positive aspects of these apartments are numerous. Lastly they started charging $$ for carports which isn't ideal since I live here already - at least they tow cars with expired plates or ones not functioning properly so covered parking spots aren't taken up by cars that don't belong there!
