We have been living in our apartment for only 6 months and the experience has been very positive The management is great and we have rarely had any issues communicating with them Common areas such as pathways hallways the lobby etc are always kept neat and tidy When we moved in our place was immaculate and our keys were ready on time Additionally the rent is 2022-10-04T00:32:17Z
We have been living in our apartment for only 6 months and the experience has been very positive The management is great and we have rarely had any issues communicating with them Common areas such as pathways hallways the lobby etc are always kept neat and tidy When we moved in our place was immaculate and our keys were ready on time Additionally the rent is quite affordable considering the size of our unit and quality of the building it is also petfriendly so long as your furry friends don't disturb other tenants There are a lot of cats and dogs around here Our unit offers plenty of storage space even though it has a small kitchen however there is enough room to put a table outside for meals if needed The local convenience store is just 100m away from our buildings entrance which opens late Additionally outdoor parking came free with our lease that was an added bonus We highly recommend Groupe Mercilles buildings to anyone looking for a place to live more ... hide ...

Ive been living here for four years and I really enjoyed it Mary the building manager is amazing and a big part of why Im giving such a positive review The apartments have a midcentury modern style which I love and theyre great for pet owners as there are walking trails around the building and an onsite dog park Its also close to Western University and some 2022-10-04T01:02:18Z

I had a great experience during my stay at 939 Western Road It is wellsituated for those attending Western University being close to the bus stop and with a pathway to campus just across the street There are lots of eateries near by that accept flex meal plan from the university The complex may be older but most of its units and common areas have been smartly renovated although there some parts that are not perfect they are still satisfactory given the cost and target market my unit wasnt one of their best The bedrooms may be small but can fit a queensize bed and desk easily enough My flat was generally peaceful apart from noisy plumbing in other sections of the building which I rarely encountered personally Maintenance matters were dealt with promptly too Onsite parking is convenient though it does come at an extra fee monthly Lexi from CLV Group was very supportive throughout my tenancy there so I wouldnt hesitate in recommending 939 Western Road to students at this university and would think about staying at another CLV property again in future if need be more ... hide ...

Since I moved here there has been a lack of communication between the office and maintenance resulting in maintenance not knowing what to do when they come in The office ignores my multiple lists detailing issues with my apartment I still don't have a vent for the fan above the stove and it took three requests for a sink stopper When we moved in bathroom vanity damage was acknowledged by them but all they said was that we wouldnt be charged not fair when paying nearly 900month They claimed the carpet was new yet theres a burn mark present in guest bedroom A giant dog of which there are three barks nonstop all day even if it doesnt live here and nothing is done about this I understand barking as having my own dog but this is excessive Worse still is that these people don't seem to care about us paying so much money to live here our electricity bill during winters coldest month was almost 300 yet when requesting assistance regarding door seal allowing cold air inside no one took action and had to fix myself after being informed by fianc what needed doing Same goes for bathroom door falling off hinges fixed this myself due to background in maintenance Neighbors keep their canine unleashed while waiting until night time before letting it out which leads to whining during day and no one picking up dog waste repulsive wrong feeling like no one listening or caring at all Beyond annoyed at how things run here with unfair more ... hide ...
