If youre looking for a place to rent Id highly advise against using this company or any of their managed properties They have terrible organizational and communication skills From day one it was a living nightmare We had initially signed the lease for another unit but they made us switch because of construction delays elsewhere problems with cockroaches were already evident in our new unit and they appear to be rampant throughout the floor Maintenance is severely understaffed just one person servicing five buildings so you can forget about working from home with all the construction going on without proper notification Parking is also chaotic due to poor organization they don't seem to know who has what spot Save yourself a headache and remember you get what you pay for more ... hide ...

This is a terrible place to live due to their lack of work over the years and their decision to begin construction in the middle of a global pandemic The constant banging and drilling is unbearable especially since we are stuck in lockdown and unable to leave for anything other than groceries or essential items Visiting friends or family members is out of the question due to Covid19 so theres no way to escape from it On top of that Ive been working from home because of the virus and my internet service has gone down for eight hours or more due to all the construction going on Its astonishing that theyd do this when most people are trying to work remotely yet need an internet connection for it On multiple occasions Ive had no choice but sit in the parking lot waiting for someone with a spot near my unit so that I could connect my WiFi just so I am able makereceive calls at work without anyone being able hear me clearly This has caused me several hours worth of lost wages as well as not being able fulfill my duties at work properly Furthermorethe bug infestation was horrible you couldnt see any bare space on some floors as it was covered by thousands if not millions of bugs which went untreated until recently And then there were only two working elevators during four times more than they said they would be out plus various water shut offs within these past few months more ... hide ...
