I had a great experience during my stay at 939 Western Road. It is well-situated for those attending Western University, being close to the bus stop and with a pathway to campus just across the street. There are lots of eateries near by that accept flex meal plan from the university. The complex may be older, but most of its units and common areas have been smartly renovated; although there some parts that are not perfect, they are still satisfactory given the cost and target market - my unit wasn't one of their best. The bedrooms may be small but can fit a queen-size bed and desk easily enough. My flat was generally peaceful apart from noisy plumbing in other sections of the building which I rarely encountered personally. Maintenance matters were dealt with promptly too. Onsite parking is convenient though it does come at an extra fee monthly. Lexi from CLV Group was very supportive throughout my tenancy there so I wouldn't hesitate in recommending 939 Western Road to students at this university and would think about staying at another CLV property again in future if need be.
